I have been busy cutting up my scrap fabric into 2 1/2" squares...
Making these fun little scrappy stars...
Thinking about sashing them with the red violet....yummy...
Got my inspiration from the latest issue of American Patchwork by Better Homes and Garden (front cover)...using up my stash and having fun with the creative process!!!

I love your stars. They look so easy.
I love those stars! I might want to do the same thing. Of course, I will need to buy a new blade for my rotary cutter. It has nicks all over it and I can't cut anything without it skipping around.
Your unique creation of scrappy stars is wonderful. A great way to use up the stash. It is very easy to do but I sure it took so many times to finish.
